Lars Rasch

Lars Rasch (24 May 1797 12 January 1864) was a Norwegian jurist and politician.

He was born at Eiker in Buskerud, Norway. He finished secondary education in 1818, and graduated as cand.jur. in 1822. He then worked as an attorney. In politics, he was mayor of Christiania (now Oslo) in 1845 and from 1847 to 1852.[1]

He was proclaimed Knight of the Order of St. Olav in 1853.
