Lago di Lentini is a lake in the Province of Siracusa, Sicily, Italy. It is the largest lake on the Island[1] and is named after Lanfranco Lentini, a distinguished knight, who was head of the family. In 813 AD, he bravely defended his home city, which was thus named in his honor along with the lake.
