Lafayette E. Pitts (born September 24, 1992) is an American football cornerback for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Pittsburgh. Pitts was signed by the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in 2016.

After going undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft, Pitts signed with the Miami Dolphins on May 6, 2016.[2] On September 3, 2016, he was waived by the Dolphins during final team cuts.[3] Pitts was signed to the Dolphins' practice squad the following day.[4] On November 7, 2016, he was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster.[5]
