The Lady Katya Amelia Spencer (born 10 July 1992) is the third daughter of Charles Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer and his first wife, Victoria Lockwood. She was a niece of Diana, Princess of Wales. She is the twin of Lady Eliza Spencer.[1]
In 2011, Lady Amelia was accused of assaulting a taxi passenger who was on crutches after a traffic dispute in Cape Town, South Africa. She was charged in court for the alleged attack.[2]
