History

The origins of the core are at the time of the Byzantine Empire when the heirs of civilization tartesia founded the Balbibilis turdetana destroyed in the time of the Visigoths. Rivera de Huelva River

The river Rivera de Huelva is located in the western part of the municipality on the road towards Santiponce.
