Kyaw Zayar Win (Burmese: ကျော်ဇေယျာဝင်း; born in 2 May 1991) is a footballer from Burma, and a midfielder for the Myanmar U-23 football team.[2][3] He is the bronze medalist with Myanmar in 2011 Southeast Asian Games after scoring 4 goals in the tournament. He captained Myanmar under-22 team in 2013 AFC U-22 Asian Cup qualification.

The goal-scoring midfielder started his football career for Kanbawza in Myanmar National League, before transferring to Malaysia Super League side Perak FA in November 2013, signing a 1-year contract.[4][5] However Perak terminated Zayar Win's contract in April 2014 due to injury problems.[6]
