Kulim Hi-Tech Park (kHTP) is a park for high technology enterprises located in Kulim, kedah. KHTP opened in 1996 and became Malaysia's first high-tech industrial park.[1] It was key component in the nation's plan to be fully industrialized by 2020.The park is operated by Kulim Technology Park Corporation Sdn Bhd, subsidiary of the Kedah State Development Corporation[2][3]

Location

The park was completed in 1996, comprising a total area of 4,510 acres. Kulim Hi-Tech Park (KHTP) is located in Kulim District, in the northern Malaysian state of Kedah. It located 42 minutes away from the Penang International Airport.
