Kristina Andreyevna Potupchik (Russian: Кристи́на Андре́евна Поту́пчик; born January 19, 1986, Murom, Vladimir Oblast, USSR) is a Russian blogger, a public figure,[5] and the head of the Foundation for the Open New Democracy (FOND), engaged in the support of non-profit social projects on the Internet.[6][7][8]

She was a Komissar of pro-Putin Nashi youth movement,[9] then their spokeswoman (2007-2012),[10] then a spokeswoman for the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (2007-2010),[5] now she is a member Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation 5th composition (from May 31, 2014).[5]
