Kevin Moyers is the creator and writer of the Septagon Studios comic book Scorn,[1] which has received critical acclaim from respected sources such as Ain't It Cool News, Comics Bulletin, and ComicBloc. He is also the costar of many independent films, including the Lionsgate film Machined and the international theatrical release Sportkill.

Biography

Moyers was born and raised in Chicago, IL. He attended Lane Technical High School, graduating in 1994. He now lives in Phoenix, AZ, where his entertainment career began.

Book

Moyers released his first book Brain Farts or Why You Should Never Punch a Mime in the Face When He's Trying to Tell You That James Lipton is a Mad Space Alien Hell Bent on Taking Over the World's Supply of Corndogs in 2009. The book tackles a number of topics from religion to gay rights, and even suggests August 11 as the first ever Atheist holiday, Atheistmas.

Scorn is a four book mini-series published by Septagon Studios. Issue #3 and #4 were co-written by David C. Hayes. All artwork was done by Philipp S. Neundorf.

Scorn #1: Obsessed was originally released independently on August 13, 2004. It has been re-released in full color on June 9, 2007 by Septagon Studios.
