Kevin Mangold

Kevin Mangold is a professional jockey and stunt double.[1] He has appeared on Broadway, in television sitcoms, commercials, music videos and, most famously, the film, Seabiscuit.

Mangold was raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado and Susanville, California. At the age of five, Kevin lived in a group home with a half-brother and half-sister. His mother died of a brain aneurysm when Kevin was seven years old. In high school Kevin competed in the California State Wrestling Championships, studied acting and martial arts and held a student body office every year, including student body president. Upon graduation, Mangold attended the USC film school in the Bachelor of Fine Arts program.

He has written a book (Sixteen Short Stories) and two screenplays (Conflict and Putz), which his newly developed production company, DogPile Productions, will produce.
