The Kaoshiung Truth is a professional basketball team based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, that currently plays in the ASEAN Basketball League.[1] The basketball team is primarily backed by United States-based The Truth Network, a group of Christian radio stations.[2]

History

Kaoshiung Truth was founded in 2016 as the first professional basketball team to play in Kaohsiung City. They were officially announced as a member of the ASEAN Basketball League on July 17, 2016, and will compete in the upcoming ABL season. The Truth are the league’s first Christian ministry team.[1]

Home Arena

The Truth will play their home games at the Kaohsiung Arena, which holds a capacity of 15,000 visitors, making it the largest home venue of any team in the ABL.
