Kadeem Edwards (born January 24, 1991) is an American football offensive guard for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fifth round of the 2014 NFL Draft. He played college football at Tennessee State.

College career

Edwards started four seasons for the Tennessee State Tigers at left guard and was ranked 20th out of 165 guards by NflDraftScout.com.

Professional career

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with the 143 overall pick (3rd pick of 5th Round) by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Edwards signed his four-year rookie deal on May 16, 2014 via Buccaneers.com. Kadeem Edwards was released by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on September 6, 2015. On September 7, 2015, he was placed on injured reserve. On September 14, 2015, he was waived from injured reserve.

Jacksonville Jaguars

On November 9, 2015, Edwards was signed to the Jaguars' practice squad.[1] On September 3, 2016, he was released by the Jaguars.[2]

Dallas Cowboys

On November 8, 2016 Edwards was signed to the Cowboys' practice squad.[3]
