KYAP (96.7 FM) is a radio station licensed to Laramie, Wyoming, USA. The station is currently owned by Appaloosa Broadcasting Company, Inc.[1]

History

The station went on the air as KBPV on 1999-10-18. On 1999-11-01, the station changed its call sign to KKRR. On 2001-11-07 to KHAT. On 2003-11-18 to the current KIMX.[2]

On November 21, 2016 KIMX's 96.7 frequency went silent - its CHR format moved to KYAP 104.5 FM Centennial, Wyoming, while its CP at 96.9 FM in Nunn, Colorado signed on the air testing with a simulcast of oldies-formatted KJMP 870 AM Pierce, Colorado.[3] On November 23, KIMX changed their call letters to KYAP.
