Joseph James "Joe" McLauchlan (5 February 1891 – 6 January 1971), sometimes known as Joe McLaughlan,[1] was a Scottish professional football centre forward who played in the Football League for Woolwich Arsenal.[2]
Personal life
McLauchlan fought with the 17th (Service) Battalion of the Duke of Cambridge's Own (Middlesex Regiment) during the First World War.[3] He suffered a shrapnel wound to the leg in June 1916.[1]
