Jessica Billings (born 1987) is Miss Pennsylvania USA 2013 and placed in the Top 15 at Miss USA 2013. She has previously served as a youth ambassador for the United States to the 2007 United Nations World Youth Assembly in Geneva.[1] She has also previously served on the board of the National Organization for Youth Safety.

Pageants

Billings is a veteran of the beauty pageant circuit. Notably, in 2009 she was named first runner up in the Miss Indiana USA Pageants and first runner up in the 2010 Miss Wisconsin USA. Billings was crowned Miss Pennsylvania USA in 2013.[2] Earning the right to represent the state at Miss USA where she competed to represent the United States at the Miss Universe pageant. She made the semifinals at Miss USA on 16 June 2013 and won the OPTX Rhode Island fan vote. [3]

As a pageant contestant Billings has chosen autism as the cause which she is a patron of. The choice of the cause was sparked by her own family's experience with autism.[4]

Community Involvement

Billings has been an advocate of youth safety. She has served on the board of the National Organization for Youth Safety (2007), the Youth for Road Safety, Youth Task Force, and the Students against Destructive Decisions National Student.
