Ivan Plachkov
Ivan Plachkov (Ukrainian: Іван Васильович Плачков; b. 23 November 1957, Krynychne, Bolhrad Raion, Odessa Oblast) is a Ukrainian politician, Ukrainian Bulgarian. Minister of Energy of Ukraine (1999), Minister of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine (2005–2007).
