Ishak Ali Moussa (born December 27, 1970 in Attatba (Tipaza), Algeria) is an Algerian former football player.^[1]

Won the Algerian league twice with CR Belouizdad in 2000 and 2001
Won the Algerian Cup once with CR Belouizdad in 1995
Won the Algerian League Cup once with CR Belouizdad in 2000
Has 11 caps and 1 goal for the Algerian National Team including 2 games at the 1998 African Cup of Nations in Burkina Faso^[2]
