Indragiri Hilir is a regency (kabupaten) of Riau, Indonesia. It has an area of 11,605.97 km² and population of 759,793 in 2014.

The regency is divided into 20 districts (kecamatan). The seat of the regency is located at Tembilahan. The only airport in regency of indragiri hilir is Tempuling Airport.
