Idahoan Foods
Idahoan Foods is a company based in Idaho Falls, Idaho, founded originally in Lewisville, Idaho in 1960, and specializes in the production of dehydrated potato products, which it sells under the brand Idahoan. It employs over 500 people at the height of its production cycle.
Besides its mainstay original product, it sells a line of flavored mashed potatoes, including:

Idahoan Foods prides itself in using 100% Idaho potatoes sourced from local growers in all its products.
Idahoan Foods also has a line of Foodservice products, ideal for restaurants, school meals, cafeterias, and more. This includes dehydrated potatoes such as mashed potatoes, hash browns, & casseroles.
