Iced is a 1988 American direct-to-video slasher film directed by Jeff Kwitney and written by Joseph Alan Johnson. The film stars Debra De Liso, Doug Stevenson, Elizabeth Gorcey, and Ron Kologie as a group of friends who, after witnessing the death of their jealous friend during skiing, are invited to a ski resort years later, unaware that a mysterious masked killer is targeting the group and begins a murderous spree.

Plot

A group of childhood friends witness the demise of their jealous friend, who was accidentally killed during skiing over the love of a woman. Years later, they have now been invited and arrive to the opening of a posh ski resort. Unknown to them, a murderous assailant masked and donned in ski-clothing has vengeful plans of targeting them, and soon begins to kill them one by one in the resort.

While the film was released on VHS by Prism Entertainment and CBS/Fox Video, it is only available on the VHS format currently and had no release on DVD and Blu-Ray.

Reception

Review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes currently has a 25% audience rating based 747 reviews.[1] Oh, the Horror! gave a negative review on the film, citing it as a "slasher film that secretly wants to be a soap opera, and has an ending that clears nothing up."[2]
