"I Promise You (Get Ready)" is a popdance, song performed by British singer Samantha Fox and written by Oscar Van Geldern. It was produced by Steve Lovell and Steve Power. The song was released in October 1987 as the third single from her second album, Samantha Fox (1987).

The B-side, "Suzie, Don't Leave Me With Your Boyfriend", previously appeared on her debut album Touch Me (1986).[2]

The song became Fox's seventh consecutive single to reach the UK Top 60, although it was the lowest charting of the seven, peaking at number 58 on the UK singles chart.[3] In Germany, the song peaked at number 40, to become her sixth Top 40 hit there.[4] The single was not released in the United States.
