The Hudson Spire was a proposed 110-floor skyscraper to be located in Manhattan, New York City. It was proposed in 2014 by a developer of Tishman Speyer.[1] The tower was planned to be 1,800 feet (550 m) to the roof and 2,000 feet (610 m) to the spire. If the tower was built, it would have been in the Hudson Yards development in New York City, and would've become the tallest building in the United States, and Western Hemisphere. However, in place of the tower, the Spiral monument will be built.[2]
