Hospital (1997)
Hospital, one of the early offerings from Channel 5 (UK), was a one off comedy described as a cross between 'ER' and 'Airplane'. Doctor Jim Nightingale (Greg Wise) is caught between helping his patient or flying off to Australia with his fiancée, while the other doctors go about their duties with a large dose of lunacy: they prescribe classical music instead of drugs; the general manager helps the budget by taking pocket money off small children; and patients are delivered to casualty via the ambulance's windscreen.
