The Hill-Lassonde House was a historic house at 269 Hanover Street in Manchester, New Hampshire, United States. The 2-1/2 story wood frame house was built in 1850 for Alpheus Dwight Burgess, a machinist. He sold it in 1855 to Varnum Hill. It was a well-preserved example of Italianate styling, with deep bracketed eaves, and a front portico supported by square paneled pillars and matching pilasters. The property included a period carriage house with cupola.[2]
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985,[1] at which time it was still owned by Hill's descendants.[2] The house and carriage house were demolished in July 2016.[3]
