Leonardo de Melo Vieira Leite, best known as Higuita, (born 6 June 1986) is a Brazilian-born Kazakhstani male futsal player who plays as goalkeeper. He is part of the Kazakhstan national futsal team. He competed at the UEFA Futsal Euro 2016. At club level he is playing for AFC Kairat in Kazakhstan in 2016.[1] His nickname comes from the Colombian football goalkeeper René Higuita.[2]
