Henry Gilbert

Henry Gilbert (1868–1937) was a popular children's author, and the paternal grandfather of Molly Holden.[1] His books continue to be reprinted as late as 2009, nearly 100 years after their original publication.[2] His books are noted for both their historical accuracy and their story telling style.[3]
