Heartland Town Centre is an outdoor retail power centre located in the city of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The shopping centre has over 2 million square feet of retail space and hosts 164 stores and restaurants.^[1][2] With surrounding cities including Brampton, Toronto and Mississauga, the Heartland Town Centre is among the largest power centres in Canada. Heartland Town Centre is owned and managed by Canadian-based Orlando Corporation.^[3] The Orlando Corporation has taken part in the making of this shopping centre's slogan, "Everything you need is here".

The Heartland Town Centre is located in the Canadian city of Mississauga, Ontario. The approximate center of it is located at the intersection of Mavis and Britannia Roads. It surrounds this intersection reaching as far north as the 401 and as far south as Matheson Boulevard. It is accessible from many major roads including Mavis Road, McLaughlin Road, Matheson Boulevard and Britannia Road. Heartland Town Centre is highly accessible to many residents from surrounding cities including Brampton, Oakville and Toronto. This retail power centre is also directly accessible from Highway 401 making it accessible to residents outside of the Greater Toronto Area in areas such as Halton Hills and Georgetown.
