Heart to Heart is a second studio album by Indonesian singer Raisa. It was released on November 27, 2013, under the Universal Music Indonesia and Solid Records. It is also released through Box Set limited edition, such as CD, T-shirt exclusive, etc.[1]

The album was released on iTunes and also streaming in Guvera. It was already occupies on ranked #1 in the Top Album iTunes Indonesia[2] and manage defeating to Fatin Shidqia' For You which was ranked #2. The album produced four singles: "Pemeran Utama" (Main Character), "LDR", "Teka-Teki" and first English-language single "Bye-Bye".

The album earning an Album of the Year award at the 1st Indonesian Choice Awards and earning three nominations for Best Pop/Urban Album, Best of the Best Album, and Best Recording Album Producer at the 17th Annual Anugerah Musik Indonesia.
