Hayathnagar is a suburban town and Mandal in Ranga Reddy district of India about twenty kilometers from Hyderabad, situated on NH9 highway, and is most known for the Ramoji Film City nearby.

Hayathnagar is one of the rapidly developing areas in Hyderabad. NH9 as well as the newly developed Outer Ring Road pass through the area near Peddamberpet. Significant commercial and residential development is coming up the region. Currently this place has become a major junction for connectivity to all the educational institutions which are situated in the surrounding areas ahead on NH9. The Hyderabad International Airport is 20 km to the West.

The center of this mandal is the village of Hayathnagar. This place is well connected to the major centers of Hyderabad by both public (TSRTC buses) and private (shared autos) transport systems.

Hayat Masjid is one of thet Mosques in Hyderabad city located to National Highway. It has Mother Diary industry in the outskirts.
