Hatsimla is a census town under Nadanghat Police Station [1] of Kalna Subdivision in Barddhaman district in the Indian state of West Bengal (now Bengal).

Geography

Hatsimla is located on the agriculturally rich alluvial plains between the Bhagirathi, Ajay and Damodar rivers.[2] Temperatures in this region varies from 17-18 °C in winter to 30-32 °C in summer.[3]

Demographics

As Indian 2011 census,[4] Hatsimla had a total population of 7141 persons. Males constitute 3,727 persons and females 3,414 persons of the population. In Hatsimla, 731 of the population is under 6 years of age.
