Hashtpar (Persian: هشتپر, also known as, Gashpar, Hashtpar-e Tavalesh, Otak Saray, Otāq Sarai, Oţāq Sarāy, and Tālesh)[1] is a city in and the capital of Talesh County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 41,486, in 10,688 families.[2]
