In human genetics, Haplogroup pre-JT is a human mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) haplogroup.
Origin
It is a descendant of Haplgroup R. It is characterised by genetic marker at 4216. It also called R2'JT. Pre-JT has two direct descendents; Haplogroup JT and Haplogroup R2.
