The Gypsoplacaceae are a family of lichenized fungi in the order Lecanorales. This is a monotypic family, containing the single genus Gypsoplaca, which has a widespread distribution.[1] Gypsoplaca is also monotypic, with the sole species Gypsoplaca macrophylla.
