The Green Sky Zippy Sport is an American single-seat single-engined monoplane designed for amateur construction by Green Sky Adventures of Hawthorne, Florida.[1][2]
Development
The Zippy Sport is a single-seat, high-wing monoplane powered by a 50 hp (37 kW) Rotax 503 piston engine. Of mixed construction (metal, wood and fabric), it has a fixed tail-dragger landing gear. The aircraft is available in the form of plans for amateur construction.[1][2]
The two prototypes which first flew in 1986 were used as test beds for Rotax engines.
