Gmina Huszlew is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Łosice County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Huszlew, which lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) south-east of Łosice and 126 km (78 mi) east of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 117.61 square kilometres (45.4 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 2,976 (2,932 in 2014).
