Gan (state)

Gan (traditional Chinese: 贛; simplified Chinese: 赣; pinyin: Gàn) was an ancient kingdom (traditional Chinese: 國; simplified Chinese: 国; pinyin: guó) located what in what is now the province of Jiangxi in southern China. Gan is sometimes used as a nickname for Jiangxi.
