Galus Sulpicius (suffect consul 4 BC)
Galus Sulpicius (fl. 1st century BC) was a Roman Senator who was appointed suffect consul in 4 BC.
Sulpicius was a member of the Patrician gens Sulpicia, and is believed to be a descendant of Gaius Sulpicius Gallus, the consul of 166 BC.[1] Aside from his appointment as suffect consul in 4 BC, replacing Lucius Passienus Rufus, nothing else is known of his career.
He had at least one son, also named Galus Sulpicius, who was a Triumvir monetalis in 5 BC.
