Frankie McAvoy (born 9th July 1967) is a Scottish football coach, currently working as a 1st Team Coach at Norwich City FC.

He was Alex Neil's 1st Team Coach at Hamilton Academical FC when they won promotion to the Scottish Premier League after defeating Hibs in the SPFL play off final at Easter Road on 25th May 2014. He was also one of the two 1st Team Coaches at Norwich City FC when they won promotion to the English Premier League after defeating Middlesbrough FC 2 - 0 at Wembley in the EPL Play Off Final on 25th May 2015.
