Frank M. Pratt[2] (born August 27, 1942 in Florence, Arizona) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Arizona House of Representatives representing District 8 since January 14, 2013. Pratt served consecutively from January 2009 until January 14, 2013 in the District 23 seat.
