Etienne Nestor Ys (born 26 February 1962) is a Netherlands Antilles politician.

Ys was born in Curaçao. He has served as Prime Minister on two occasions - from 3 June 2002 to 22 July 2003 and from 3 June 2004 to 26 March 2006. Prior to that Ys was Minister of Finance of the Netherlands Antilles from 1994–1995, and then commissioner of the island territory of Curaçao.[1]

He is a member of the centrist Partido Antia Restrukturá (Party for a Restructured Antilles), which is based on the island of Curaçao.
