Career highlights

Elliot Yeo (born 1 October 1993) is an Australian rules footballer playing for the West Coast Eagles in the Australian Football League (AFL). Elliot was drafted by the Brisbane Lions with pick number 30 in the 2011 AFL Draft from the East Fremantle Football Club.[1]

He attended high school at Aquinas College in Perth.

In May 2012, Elliot Yeo made his AFL debut in the Lions' Round 9 match against North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium.[2]

In October 2013, Yeo requested a trade to the West Coast Eagles. Late in the trade period, the Lions and the Eagles finalised a deal in which Yeo would join the Eagles in return for a second round draft pick (pick 28).[3] On 24 October 2013, he was officially traded to the Eagles.[4] Yeo received the jumper number 6 which was vacated by the retiring Mark Nicoski. Yeo played his first game for the Eagles in round one of the 2014 season against the Western Bulldogs.

In Round 10, 2014, Yeo was injured when he collided with the shoulder of Collingwood defender Jarrod Witts, causing Yeo's two maxillary central incisors to snap off.[5]

Yeo also played in the 2015 AFL Grand Final against Hawthorn.
