The Elisha Bushnell House is a historic house at 1445 Old post Road in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. It was documented by J. Frederick Kelly as dating from 1678. Referred to by Kelly as the Older Bushnell House, per its NRHP nomination it is "one of the finest resources in Connecticut's architectural history".[2]:7 The house was built by Elisha Bushnell in 1678, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.[1] It is one of very few surviving authentic 17th-century houses in Connecticut. The house has a classic New England saltbox shape, with a five bay facade and a large central chimney.[2]

The Colonial property includes two outbuildings, a barn and a building called the "Slave House".[1][2]
