Eda Adriana Rivas Franchini (born 23 March 1952 in Lima) is a Peruvian lawyer and politician. She served as Minister of Justice, she was Minister of Foreign Affairs under President Ollanta Humala from 15 May 2013 to 23 June 2014.[1][2]
