Earthquake (Armenian: երկրաշարժ) is a 2016 Armenian drama film directed by Sarik Andreasyan about the 1988 Armenian earthquake.[1][2] It was selected as the Armenian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 89th Academy Awards.[3][4] However, the film was disqualified by the Academy for not meeting the submission requirements.[5][6]
