Army University

Army University also known as Army University Access Online (known as eArmyU). ^[1] It is an initiative by the US Army to provide valid academic credit for training they receive while on active duty. ^[2] It was started in the Fall of 2015. ^[2] It was initated at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas and is not a Brick and Mortar institution. ^[3] Soldiers will be able to see where they may be able to apply credits to a degree as well as be able to use the Joint Services Transcript. ^[3] It has a stated goal of increasing more academic credit towards civilian universities.^[4] Army University operates the Army Press that publishes Military Review, NCO Journal, and books and monographs out of the Combat Studies Institute.^[5]
