A Duo-raadslid (In English: dual city councillor) is a political position in the city councils of some Dutch municipalities. The Duo-Raadslid is a representative of a political party who is not elected into a city council, but still has the right to speak in meetings of committees of the city council. This allows small groups in a municipal council to spread the duties of membership of the municipal council among more people. It is often a requirement that the duo-raadslid was on the party list for the election
