Drachkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.39 square kilometres (1.31 sq mi), and has a population of 157 (as at 28 August 2006).
Drachkov lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Strakonice, 56 km (35 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 103 km (64 mi) south-west of Prague.
