Dhinarathrangal (English: Days and Nights) is a 1988 Malayalam film written by Dennis Joseph, directed by Joshi and starring Mammootty in the title role. The film is highly regarded as one of the best family entertainers of eighties but was not a commercially successful movie at the time of release. Sumalatha and Mukesh played the other pivotal roles. The score and soundtrack were composed by Shyam.
