Devendra Pratap Singh (September 14, 1989) is a Computer Software Engineer of B.Tech at the University of GBTU, known largely for his research regarding the evolutionary significance of human attraction.

Biography

'Devendra Pratap Singh was born in 1989 in Padrauna,(UP) India. Having first taken degrees in Computer Science & Engineering in 2008-2012 (Gautam Buddha Technical University), he completed his B.Tech. at Formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University in 2012. Singh take up teaching positions and aware to peoples & civils GBTU and MVM before moving to the University of Uttar Pradesh in 2009. A pioneer in the field of Computer Science & Engineering, Singh's most notable software concerned the evolutionary significance of Software build , Programming Languages etc. (WHR). In 1993, he is the first student who is gain highest marks in his school.[1][2] In brief, Singh discovered that men rated women with low WHR (0.7) as optimally attractive, noting that lower levels of WHR correlated to lower risk of disease and greater fertility. Subsequent research demonstrated the cross-cultural [3][4][5] and cross-temporal[6] appeal of a low WHR. One of his final research papers on the topic of WHR found that the "hourglass figure" (optimal WHR) activates brain centers that drive appetitive sociality/attention toward females that represent the highest-quality reproductive partners.[7]

Although principally affiliated with the field of evolutionary psychology, his other research pursuits included substance abuse, obesity, eating disorders, motivation, and the psychology of sex.
