DZVX Bombo Radyo Daet was the first radio station founded in the Filipino province of Camarines Norte. It was founded in the 1970s, and became part of the Bombo Radyo Philippines banner in the 1990s. The station and transmitter were in the city of Daet. With a maximum power of 5,000 watts, the transmitter's signal reached the entire province and portions of the Bicol Region and Quezon province. DZVX operated daily from 4:00am to 10:30pm, except during Holy Week. The station became inactive in 2007.

History

DZVX was founded in the 1970s by the family of Don Fernando Vinzons. The station was founded for political purposes, but soon expanded its scope. The station was transferred to new management in the 1990s under the banner of Bombo Radyo Philippines, by the supervision of Newsounds Broadcasting Network (NBN).[1] DZVX Bombo Radyo Daet was the number one station in the area during the 1990s and 2000s.
